Professor P's Stories

I saw him walking through the aisles of Key Food, my local supermarket. He wasn't the type of guy I normally go for. For starters he looked grungy, had a rounded belly and wasn't that pretty. But there was something about him. A certain pigginess, if you will.

The phone interrupted the Knicks-Bulls game. "Reed has two visitors." Shit, it was late in the third quarter, the game was close, and I'd miss the end of the game, taking care of Reed. I made up my mind to get back at him later, run him up on some bullshit charges, get some of his yard time taken away. Yeah, that's what I'd do. 

"O kmusta ang maghapon nyong mag tiyo?”   tanong ni Aling Tere habang nasa harap ng hapag kainan para sa kanilang hapunan.

Gabi na ng makauwi si Allen sa kanilang bahay, nadatnan nyang naghahanda ng hapag si Aling Tere para sa kanilang hapunan.

I trudged down the sidewalk, shielding my face from the sandy wind. The wind was bad, but I'd been through much worse. I finally reached the barracks and went straight to my bunk. I threw my jacket and hat into my locker. 

“Anak makikituloy daw muna dito pansamantala ang Tiyo Lando mo hanggat wala pa syang nakikitang permanenteng trabaho”  

Hi, I’m Ace from pampanga, 18 years old. 5’6 ang height, maganda ang pangangatawan dahil narin sa pag-ggym. Masabi kong gwapo ako kasi wala naman sa pamilya naming ang pangit. Sa lugar namin kami yung sikat dahil narin sa lahi namin. Masasabi kong BI ako, pero may nagiging girlfriend ako. Pero mas nalilibugan ako sa mga lalaki lalo na yung gwapo na may magandang pangngatawan.
